Novak engine mounts have been very popular over the years. Their strength is attributable to their good design, generosity of materials and quality of welds. Unlike other pretenders on the market, these mounts are not pre-drilled, allowing the installer to make precise decisions as to engine placement in the Jeep’s bay. This lack of pre-drilled holes and 3/16-inch thick steel make them insusceptible to collapse under the forces of even the largest motors. The gusseted frame brackets are designed to be welded to the inner frame rails. This allows for strength and freedom of placement. Each mount kit comes with our high-grade urethane isolators that are gauged well for that ideal balance of isolation and firmness. The steel brackets come in natural steel. The large 5/8-inch bolts and all associated hardware are included. These Novak mounts are specifically designed for Chevrolet V6 and V8 engines (Small & Big Block Series) being installed in J-Series Trucks, Wagoneers and FS Cherokees. These mounts are also applicable to the Kaiser M715 trucks if the original frame brackets are not present (Small Block V8) or for Big Block V8 installations into these military trucks.
