BJ's Off-Road Receiver Hitch is a great receiver for any FSJ Wagon! This replacement hitch is Made in the USA and is an exact copy of the discontinued Draw-Tite Hitch. 

Features a 500lb tongue weight and 5,000lb towing weight, or with a weight distributing hitch it will support 1,000lb tongue weight and 10,000lb towing weight.

Allows use of stock spare-tire in original location!

Arrives in Bare Steel.

    This is not a simple bolt in. The hitch is massive and beefy. On a 1990 GW, the outer bumper mount holes are used. 2 holes per side are made. Best to put bolts in rear to help hold hitch in position and then add 6” C clamps over frame rail to hitch to cinch in place for marking new holes. If using BJs tank, the brackets must be cut or the hitch cannot go on. Because of this I drilled an additional hole in the hitch, bracket, and frame to secure the tank. 2 hour install on a lift with all kinds of tools available.

    Temporarily physically unable to install so had my local shop do it. They said it was easy with no drilling or grinding, and couldnt imagine anything much stronger. My trailer brake capable harness really helped my GW brakes control a recent full size skid steer tow. Looks appropriate. Not able to post a pic here.
