Q: What is a
"Full-Size Jeep" (FSJ)?
A: A Full-Size Jeep is a:
- 1963-1983 Jeep Wagoneer
- 1974-1983 Jeep Cherokee
- 1984-1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
- 1963-1969 Jeep Gladiator Truck
- 1970-1988 Jeep J-Series Truck
Q: Do you sell parts for other Jeeps?
A: We prefer to specialize in the Full-Size Jeep, we feel it
gives us a competitive edge as there are a lot of shops out
there that won't even bother with these Jeeps. That being said,
we can get all sorts of Jeep parts for CJ, WJ, YJ, ZJ, etc, etc
through our suppliers at very competitive prices. If you would
like parts for one of these Jeeps, please email us and we will
try to get it for you!
Q: How do I place an
order?
A: The best way to place an order is to log onto our website
(www.bjsoffroad.com) and place parts in your shopping cart,
proceed through our secure checkout system. For help on this, click this link

Q: I don't feel comfortable putting
my credit card online, what can I do?
A: Although our website is secure, we do understand that some people don't want to put
their credit card online. We have implemented some features so
that you don't have to put your credit card online. When you
get to the first page of the checkout screen it will ask you
how you want to pay. The options and explanations are below:
- Credit Card -- This is the most common for online ordering
and will ask for your credit card number and expiration date on
a secure page
- Paypal -- This is an alternative to Credit Cards this is
explained on their website www.paypal.com
- Check/Money Order -- If you want to place the order online
and mail a check*, money order or cashiers check instead of
using a credit card. After checkout it will give you the
mailing address to send the payment to.
*If you mail a check,
the order will be held for 2 weeks while the check clears.
Money Orders and Cashiers Check Orders will ship the day they
are received
- Phone/Fax -- If you want to use a credit card but aren't
comfortable putting it online, use this option and we will
call you for your credit card information when we are ready
to process the order. You can also fax the card number to us
at 253.265.6679 referencing your order number on the fax.
Q: What method do you use to ship products?
A: Most of the time we use UPS to ship our products. Sometimes, customers
request that we ship via USPS Priority Mail which we can accommodate. Some of our
suppliers that drop ship our products for us will use FedEx and
DHL. Oversize Items will ship via truck freight.
On International orders we typically use USPS Global Express Mail, also
called USPS International Express Mail. We use this because it is fast
and can be tracked.
Q: How long will UPS Ground Shipping take to get to me?
A: The map below should show you UPS Ground shipping times. Keep in mind
that these times are business days

Q: I found a cheaper price on a part somewhere else, will you match it?
A: We strive to give our customers the best quality parts at the best prices, but
sometimes a cheaper price may be found somewhere else. Under most circumstances we
can match or beat all of our competitor's prices for a like item.
Q: What is a Wide track (WT) and a Narrow track (NT)?
How do I know which one I have?
A: We will start with the easy answers first:
- 1984-1991 Grand Wagoneers are all Narrow tracks*
- 1963-1983 Wagoneers are all Narrow tracks*
- 1963-1988 J-trucks are all Wide tracks
- 1974-1983 4-Door Cherokees are all Narrow tracks*
Now, onto the more difficult answer. The 1974-1983 2-Door Cherokee could
either be a Wide track or a Narrow track. Jeep basically took the front fenders and
rear fender flares from a J-truck, along with wider axles, and put them on a 2-door Cherokee. This would be
a Wide track. Jeep also put Wagoneer fenders and no rear flare, with the narrower Wagoneer axles, on a 2-door Cherokee.
This would be a Narrow track. The wide tracks are generally referred to
as a Cherokee Chief or Cherokee Laredo.
Notice the large front fender flares and rear flares on these Wide track Cherokees:
These are Narrow track Cherokees:
*There have been some 4-Door Cherokees, Wagoneers and Grand Wagoneers that have been
converted to Wide tracks. These are rare but they look like this:
Q: I have a Chevy (or Ford or Dodge or Toyota, etc) Truck and I see you carry Skyjacker
(or Edelbrock or K&N or Carpet Kits, etc, etc) and I would like some aftermarket
parts, can you help me?
A: A lot of our customers have other vehicles that we sell them parts for. We have
a lot of buying power with most of our aftermarket suppliers and we can get great deals on aftermarket
parts for most all other vehicles. If you would like something for your other vehicle,
