The manufacturer uses a low-pressure casting method to produce a high quality, light-weight Aluminum product. This cover features heavy duty construction allowing for superior heat dissipation and increased lubrication.
Each Differential Cover includes all stainless steel hardware and a magnetic drain plug for oil changes without removing the cover.
Available with or without Jeep logo.
- Cast with aircraft grade A356.2 aluminum
- Heat treated for added strength
- Aluminum will dissipate heat away from the differential
- Cooling the differential reduces damage to your bearings
- Cover is 3/8” thick, with the top flange at ½” thick and the bottom at 1” thick
- The bottom bolts are countersunk to avoid them catching on anything
- Eliminates the need for a protective skid plate
- Stainless steel hardware including fill plug and magnetized drain plug and silicon gasket included
