This is the bracket that mounts on the rear of the factory skid plates on 80-91 Wagons (84-91 Grand Wagoneer and 80-83 Wagoneer & Cherokee). This piece tends to be rusted out on most of the vehicles that we see. This part is a direct bolt-in with no modifications necessary.
