ARP Pro-Series Manual Transmission Flywheel Bolt Kit made by ARP.

Tired of cheap Flywheel Bolts?  Stripped or broke your originals?  We now have a very strong ARP Flywheel bolts that will cure what ails you!  ARP Flywheel bolt kits will ensure that your flywheel stays put and is locked into position. They're much stronger than OEM hardware, forged from aerospace alloy, and are heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining. These bolts feature an exclusive, flat 12-point head design and a larger-than-stock shank diameter for increased strength and improved flywheel register.

Made from Chromoly with a Black Oxide Finish.  Even includes ARP thread lubricant.  

**Notes:

1. Clean and inspect all hardware prior to installation.  Look for obvious defects or shipping damages, plus proper fit, length and dimension.  Contact us BEFORE installation if any issues observed. 
2. To ensure proper thread engagement and accurate torque readings, clean the threads in the end of the crankshaft.  Chase, if necessary, with a thread chaser (NOT a tap).
3. DO NOT USE ANY WASHERS with ARP Flywheel Bolts. They are designed to be installed without them. Note: BJ's Off-Road and ARP will NOT be responsible for any failures resulting from using a washer with this kit. 
4. Make sure there is an adequate chamfer around the bolt holes on the flywheel to clear the radius under the head of the bolt.
5. Lubricate the threads of the bolts with LOCTITE 242 (Not Included).
6. Lubricate under the head of the bolts with ARP Ultratorque Fastener Assembly Lubricant (Included). 
7. Install the flywheel onto the crankshaft and tighten the bolts hand tight. Using an alternating or crisscross pattern, torque the bolts to 100 ft lbs using the specified lubricants above.
