Q:
Is there a trick, or proper method to installing this? I am having a very difficult time trying to get this installed and am afraid I will break the glass

A:
Set the glass upside down (top part down, bottom up) on a towel on a wooden table. Set the seal over the glass (make sure its sat unrolled in a warm place for a few hours, helps it soften up) evenly over both sides. Set the lifter bar onto the seal and gently tap it into place. Some people have used a rubber mallet, but if you do be VERY careful and work slowly so you don’t damage / break anything. Eventually it’ll fully seat. You can use a little water in a spray bottle to help. Once fully seated, I recommend letting it sit for at least 24 hours before installing.

Q:
In the exploded diagram for this item, do you have #13 & 14? This is the round circlip and washer for the pin that goes through the lifter channel? Thanks.
