New bolt-in electric fan and shrouds made specifically for our Aluminum Crossflow Radiators!

Two-speed fan flows approximately 2,400 CFM on high and is only 2.61-inches thick!!! This makes it ideal for FSJ's where there are tight radiator to fan clearances!

Fan is dual speed, the regular controller kits will make the fan run on high when it is on. The dual speed controller kits utilize this function in the fan!

**Note that this will only fit our Aluminum radiators made in the last several years, the style with rivnuts for shroud mounting. If you have one of our radiators with the open-triangle in each corner where the core and tanks meet, this will not fit that style. If you aren't sure which style / if it will fit, you can contact us and send pictures, and we can advise quickly.

Q: If I buy the aluminum cross flow Radiator Will this fit a 75 cherokee narrow Track with a 360 v8? And does this replace the existing fan?

A: yes, the aluminum crossflow for AMC V8's will fit all 1971 and later Full Size Jeeps with the 304, 360 and 401. The fan and shroud kit bolts to this radiator, and is a replacement for the stock mechanical fan.

Q: What is the difference between the npt controller and the probe controller?

A: The NPT style goes into an available threaded port on your intake manifold, while the probe style slides between the fins on the radiator. The NPT style is a couple degrees more accurate with regards to the engine temperature.

Q: Will this bolt up to an oem radiator in the existing bolt holes?

A: No, the electric fan & shroud we sell are only for our aluminum radiators. The only option currently available for the stock OEM radiator is our aluminum mechanical shroud, here:

Q: Will this fan work on a downflow aluminium radiator? My wagoneer has an aluminium "Champion" brand radiator in place of the stock unit. It was purchased through Team Grand Wagoneer

A: Unfortunately no, as all of our BJ's Off-Road shrouds will only fit our BJ's brand radiators, and won't fit Champion or others.

Q: Will the NPT controller work with an Edelbrock Performer Intake mounted on a 360? Do you offer an in-cabin switch to turn off the fan temporarily? For situations like water crossings or extremely cold mornings?

A: Yes, it will work with any intake so long as you have an available 3/8" NPT port. The fan controller doesn't turn it on until the preset temperature, so it wouldn't turn on for cold mornings until it reaches temperature. For the water crossings, you could install an on-off switch somewhere in the cab and wire it in to temporarily cut power.

A: You will most likely need to modify the shroud, as the M715 radiator is different than the FSJ units.

Q: Ryan. I see in the questions about making an electric fan compatible with the Down flow radiator for a Buick 350. I need to purchase that radiator is it possible to make this electric fan work? I have also purchased from you the HVAC system part number 07-8072 so I will need to make sure there is still room for the AC condenser as well. Thanks Brett
