Milodon Premium Professional Quality Main Studs! Milodon main bearing studs are your best bet when maximum gasket loading and reduced wear and tear are exerted on the block threads are desired. Made from premium, race quality aircraft grade 8740 chromoly steel here in the USA!
The studs are ground and thread-rolled after heat treatment, ensuring exact tolerances which Milodon requires for all of their fasteners. This process produces superior strength and consistent torque readings. With a 190,000 psi tensile strength, these studs are more than sufficient for the most demanding applications. Each kit comes complete with 4130 heat-treated, parallel-ground washers and high-strength nuts.
