Questions and Answers
New replacement Brass & Copper radiators. Replace your old, leaking, crusty, worn out old radiator with one of our new units. Your engine will thank you!
These are a direct fit and are the exact same size, shape and style as the original. No modifications required, and includes a built-in transmission cooler. Don't settle for the cheap Chinese plastic tank / aluminum / epoxied junk, get what your Jeep originally came with and have a long lasting radiator that is built to hit the trails!
Perfect Fit
The radiator fit in my ‘77 Wagoneer perfectly. Looks to be constructed very well and looks good. Great customer support as well

Perfect Replacement and Service!
I ordered this radiator to replace my OE that was no longer repairable. I was worried about ordering a replacement but my worries were completely unfounded as this radiator fit into my 91' Grand Wagoneer like it was the original. Four bolts in and four bolts out, could not have been easier! Now for the service, it was Christmas Eve when it happened. I reached out to BJ's, explained the situation and while they could not guarantee delivery before Christmas they would do their best. It wasn't an hour later that I received a email telling me my part shipped. I don't know who to thank at BJ's but they really came through for me and my Grand Wagoneer was back on the road day's later.

A:
Everything we sell carries a 1 year warranty, unless noted otherwise. For the warranty claim, yes you will be responsible for shipping the item back (if we indeed need the item back), and if the inspection shows that its faulty, we will send a replacement. Sometimes, depending on the supplier, they will issue a call tag.

Q:
These are 3 row of tubes ,not 3 core? and the core thickness is about 2" most likely ?Do these then have staggard rows of tubes ? Have you guys had success with these as far as lasting for a few good years ? I just do not want the china that leak about a year out . thank you
Asked by:
Scott 74 Jbird
- 8/14/2018
A:
This is a 3-core radiator, meaning there are three rows of 1/2" thick cores front to back. That makes the overall core thickness around 1.5". The rows aren't staggered, as if it were it wouldn't allow airflow to pass through. We've been selling this same radiator for nearly 17 years, and they are just like the original and last a long long time. They are made in Mexico out of brass & copper, and aren't the cheap Chinese plastic and aluminum junk found elsewhere.

Q:
Is it possible to get a 4 row radiator for 86 Jeep Grand Wagoneer?
Asked by:
Jeff scales
- 1/4/2017
A:
The brass & copper is only available as a 3-core (no 4-core version is made). We do have the aluminum crossflow radiators, and those use dual 1" thick cores, for a total core thickness of 2" (same thickness as a 4-core brass & copper radiator, as the brass & copper versions use four 1/2" thick cores).

Q:
Since no copper and brass unit is available for the Daunless 350. Will this work as a substitute? Hose connection location looks close. Size is almost the same.
Asked by:
Kipper
- 7/10/2018
A:
No, as a size and shape are different and the inlet and outlet are not the same. We do have an aluminum radiator that is bolt-in for the Buick 350 applications, here:
